Your profile:

• You have completed training as a foreign language correspondent, European secretary, office administrator, paralegal (m/f/d) or legal and notary assistant (m/f/d).
• You have professional experience in the law firm field
• Your English skills are good
• You work in a structured, independent and reliable manner
• You enjoy your work and have a good rapport with other people

Your tasks:

• Editing and formatting texts, preparing pleadings, presentations, fee invoices and activity statements
• Diligent correspondence
• Check deadlines and file management
  
• Taking care of clients
• Coordinating appointments and travel, Preparing travel expense reports
