Your tasks:
- Sale of new cars
- Maintaining the customer base entrusted to you and acquiring new customers
- Responsibility for the entire sales process, from consultation to the preparation of individual offers to the delivery of the vehicle
- Procurement of financing, leasing contracts, insurance and other services
- Tracking the realized volume and initiating necessary optimization measures
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and following up on customer complaints
- Supporting the collection of delivered vehicles as well as vehicle labeling and presentation on the sales floor
- Creation of individual vehicle videos for the customer
- Processing internet lead enquiries
- Other tasks of an organizational and administrative nature
Your qualifications:
- Completed vocational training, ideally in the automotive sector
- Qualification as a certified car salesperson is an advantage
- Founded professional experience in sales
- High degree of self-motivation and independence
- Confident and engaging demeanor
- Excellent contact and closing skills
- Ability to work with KPI-based systems
- Results-oriented way of working
- Sure handling of MS Office and dealer management systems
