Passenger services employee (m/f/d)
Job characteristics:
• Assumption of responsibility for the qualified check-in process
• Supporting the employees who are part of the check-in team
• Preparation and follow-up work for passenger check-in
• Receipt of flight tickets and verification of the data contained therein
• looking after passengers, including their baggage, in accordance with the airlines' guidelines
• Care of unaccompanied children and disabled passengers
• Checking of travel documents including visa, if required
• Performing the tasks arising in the event of delays/cancellations in accordance with airline regulations
• Making all necessary announcements in the waiting area and carrying out boarding, if necessary according to the airline's specifications
• Entering the necessary data into the respective airline check-in system

• Unrestricted suitability for shift work
• Excellent teamwork skills and friendliness
• Excellent willingness to provide service
• Good expression and confident demeanor
• Good knowledge of written and spoken German and English
• Flexibility and level-headedness, even under difficult conditions (time pressure)
