For our office in Gelsenkirchen we are looking for a dedicated office assistant (m/f/d) full-time or part-time with immediate effect. Your tasks

• Comprehensive office organization and administration
• Creation and checking of invoices
• Professional reception and support of guests and customers
• Operating the switchboard and processing incoming mail
• Organization and follow-up of meetings
• Managing and ordering office supplies
• Support with administrative activities and projects

Your profile

• Very good written and spoken German
• Experience in the use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Excellent organizational skills and structured way of working
• Strong communication skills and self-confident appearance
• High service orientation and strong team player
• Discretion in dealing with sensitive information
