About us
We are JOINMYTALENT.COM, a young startup with the mission to revolutionize the development and promotion of football players worldwide. In contrast to traditional scouting apps, in which players play a rather passive role and have little influence on the data collected, Join My Talent puts the players themselves in the 'driver's seat' of their own development for the first time. This applies not only to top talents, but especially to amateur and youth players worldwide. Our AI-powered platform enables players of all levels to visualize their skills, receive valuable feedback and actively shape their development. Our technology and platform is already being used by clubs such as Hamburger SV, RB Leipzig, Borussia Academy (Mönchengladbach) as well as many other clubs and even more players.

Your profile
As Co-CTO at Join My Talent, you will work directly with our founders and help shape the technical vision and product development. You will make the project your own, actively contribute your ideas and work with us to develop a platform that completely redefines the development and promotion of players in football. From web development with Next.js and nest.js to native app development for iOS and Android (Ionic, React Native), you will manage central projects and ensure smooth scalability and security through innovative DevOps solutions.

We are looking for someone with solid knowledge of Next.js, nest.js and React, ideally complemented by experience in Ionic and React Native for app development. DevOps knowledge and (optional) experience with PHP Symfony are an advantage, but not a requirement.
Much more important is your enthusiasm to develop Join My Talent with us into a global player. As Co-CTO, you will be an equal partner to our founders and work with them on an equal footing to actively shape the platform. We are looking for someone who will contribute to the further development of Join My Talent with a breath of fresh air, passion and creativity.
