Your tasks:

• Friendly reception of our guests, visitors and customers
• Make phone calls, answer and forward incoming calls
• Creation of telephone notes
• Electronic processing and forwarding of incoming mail/parcels
• Professional support and provision of information to guests, visitors and customers
• Support in the implementation of organizational processes

What you should bring with you:

• Reliable, team-oriented and friendly personality with a well-groomed appearance
• Very good written and spoken German
• Enjoyment of communication
• Certificate of good conduct
• Good IT skills
