Creation and administration of employee ID cards and access cards
Reordering of consumables
Small administrative and organizational tasks as required
Your profile
Fluency in German and a good command of English
Good user knowledge of MS Office, MS Outlook calendar functions
Ideally user knowledge in MS Teams and/or Zoom
Service-oriented training (e.g. hotel industry) or in the commercial sector an advantage
Career changers also have a real chance with comparable professional experience
Enjoy dealing and communicating with people
