For our client, a leading provider in software development, we are looking for:

Receptionist (m/f/d) from 01.11.2024 in the afternoon in Weimar
No employee leasing (temporary work/temporary employment)

The working hours are
Monday to Friday from 12:30 to 16:30/17:00

Working hours can be brought forward to the morning until noon in the event of vacation or illness
This is a 22.5 hour week

Your future area of responsibility

• Friendly reception of employees, visitors and guests
• Telephone switchboard in German and English
• Coordination of general e-mail traffic
• Incoming and outgoing mail and parcels as well as organization of courier services and scheduling of pick-up times
• Administration/booking of the conference rooms
• First point of contact for external service providers and suppliers
• Creation and administration of employee badges and access cards
• Reordering of consumables
• Small administrative and organizational tasks as required

Your profile

• Fluency in German and a good command of English
• Good user knowledge of MS Office
• Service-oriented training (e.g. hotel industry) or in the commercial sector an advantage
• Reception experience or comparable
• Excellent customer and service orientation
• Enjoy dealing and communicating with people
