IT Service Technician and Coordinator (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Coordination of IT system requirement and fault reports from recording to resolution in the service team, both for internal and external users
• Problem solving in first level support and coordination of requests to higher support levels
• Management and administration of the helpdesk systems, including changes, setup, troubleshooting, license management and support of tools and devices
• Coordination of support services by internal and external service providers and software developers
• Promoting the optimization of methods and processes in IT service
• Provision of hotline, delivery, implementation and installation services for hardware and software
