Your tasks:
- You will develop practical solutions to employment law issues
- You will conduct labor court proceedings and negotiations with works councils or trade unions
- You will contribute your expertise to multidisciplinary teams, e.g. in restructuring and insolvency proceedings. e.g. in restructurings, insolvency proceedings and transactions
