Your tasks
- You will be responsible for independently supporting and advising national and international companies from a wide range of industries - from start-ups to corporations - on IT law and licensing law issues
- You will be responsible in particular for drafting and negotiating IT contracts in the areas of SaaS, AIaaS, ASP, IT outsourcing and software licensing
- You will also advise our clients on drafting contracts relating to data trading and data usage as well as open source
- You will support our clients in the conception and product launch of IT development and implementation projects

Your profile
- You are a fully qualified lawyer (m/f/d) with a keen interest in IT law and have several years of professional experience
- You have already independently advised clients on IT contract law, in particular in the drafting and negotiation of IT contracts and in providing legal strategic advice on software projects
- You are enthusiastic about innovative technologies and future-oriented topics such as AI, IoT and Big Data
- You are responsible, team-oriented and have a high level of initiative
- You convince through open and appreciative communication, which you use both with colleagues and in the client context
- You understand how to present complex issues in an understandable way and work in a precise and solution-oriented manner
- You have a strong entrepreneurial understanding and a high level of negotiation skills
- You are fluent in written and spoken German and English
