These are your tasks
- Contact with customers and form the interface between the dealership and customers
- Ensure smooth workflows and planning in the service business
- Create vehicle acceptance via dialog acceptance, workshop orders and cost estimates
- Selling financial services, follow-up warranties, maintenance, inspections, spare parts and workshop hours
What you bring with you
- Commercial or technical training in the automotive sector
- Ideally certified as a GASB
- Willingness to get involved in a variety of tasks and willingness to learn
- Open, friendly and respectful demeanor towards customers
- Competent appearance in the service business
- First professional experience in customer service and strong technical understanding
- Social skills, ability to work in a team and resilience
