Your tasks:

• Guarantee security: You ensure a safe and peaceful atmosphere by monitoring and controlling people's movements in and around the building. Your presence gives the residents a good feeling!
• Keeping an eye on the building and outdoor facilities: Inside and outside - you make sure that everything around the building is in good condition
