Contract Management (m/f/d) Real Estate

We are looking for experienced employees (m/f/d) who are interested in working in a traditional trading company and would like to develop further in the area of real estate and contract management.

In real estate and contract management, you will gain insights into contracts and contract negotiations in large retail companies and work closely with the various specialist departments. The project offers you the opportunity to acquire new skills and develop existing ones in a practical way. Ideally, in addition to very good German, you will also have a good command of English.

In the project, you will independently create, manage and terminate contracts for properties using a contract creation system. Your tasks will also include the creation of booking templates and proposals, the maintenance of master data and the review of existing processes. Other areas of responsibility include the further development of internal workflows, guidelines and standards.

Your tasks:

• Drafting contracts in real estate management with the help of contract software
• Support of existing processes and accounts payable management
• Participation in change management processes
• Maintenance of master data in the system
• Further development of internal guidelines and workflows

What you need:

• Completed three-year commercial apprenticeship or as a paralegal
• Very good knowledge of German, good knowledge of English
• You already have two years of professional experience in the real estate industry
• You have experience with at least one ERP tool
