Bartender

We are seeking an engaging, courteous bartender with a passion for beverage preparation, service excellence, and innovation. The bartender will welcome customers, answer their questions, take orders and payments, and prepare and serve drinks according to our high standards. You’ll maintain a clean and well-stocked workspace, monitor inventory, and continuously expand your expertise in drink quality controls, preparation methods, and presentation.

You should be committed to providing customers with outstanding service, along with a positive, friendly, and knowledgeable approach.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure precise adherence to recipes and maintain high-quality standards for all drinks.
• Deliver top-level guest service through direct guidance and support.
• Innovate with custom drink creations.
• Manage and reorder drinks, supplies, and work materials as needed.
• Continuously enhance and optimize our product offerings.
• Lead, support, instruct, oversee, and professionally train team members and trainees.
• Perform additional duties typically expected in this role as assigned.

Requirements:

• Experience in beverage preparation or customer service is preferred.
• Training and readiness to further develop skills in drink preparation and customer service.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.

• Willingness to work as part of a high-energy, efficient team in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for candidates available to work full-time from Wednesday to Sunday. English speakers are welcome, and strong German language skills are an advantage but not required.
