Sales Representative at Raben Trans European Germany GmbH

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team in Ditzingen, Germany.

Responsibilities:

• Sell our entire service portfolio (partial and full loads, contract logistics) to potential customers in the designated sales area
• Identify new business opportunities and make initial contact with potential customers
• Create customer presentations tailored to their needs
• Work with the internal sales team to develop offers and participate in larger tenders
• Collaborate with the branch management and central tender management on larger projects
• Create sales reports and maintain the CRM system
• Provide personal support during the implementation of new business and handover to the Customer Care department

Requirements:

• Completed training as a merchant or logistics specialist (or equivalent qualification)
• Previous experience in the forwarding and logistics industry
• Proven sales experience and ability to negotiate contracts
• Fluency in English and strong German language skills
• Excellent communication skills, empathy, and a confident demeanor
• Ability to close deals with a high level of success
• High motivation and willingness to achieve ambitious targets
• Proficiency in MS Office and willingness to travel regularly
