About Us
The Frauenklinik des Universitätsklinikums Erlangen is a 100-bed facility that attends to approximately 2,500 births annually. Our department consists of two surgical wards, an oncological day clinic, two obstetric wards with a neonatology unit, a delivery room, a recovery room, an operating theater, and a university outpatient clinic with endocrinology.
As a Perinatalzentrum Level 1, we work closely with the Children's and Youth Clinic to provide care for high-risk pregnancies.
Job Description
- Taking in ambulatory patients
- Telephone correspondence
- Organizing appointments and scheduling
- Assisting with ultrasound examinations
- Assisting with invasive procedures during pregnancy (e.g., amniocentesis)
- Collaborating with various departments within the university hospital
- Performing organizational tasks such as ordering supplies, filing medical records, documenting services, and billing
- Maintaining accurate electronic documentation
- Ensuring adherence to hygiene measures and supporting quality management
