Tasks
Processing standard business
Acquisition of new customers
Positioning of add-ons such as the OWN-IP
Support for key account management
Processing of orders, transfer to shared services
Identify customer needs and offer solutions
Process customer inquiries and create quotations
Following up on offers
Informing and advising customers about products and services
Collecting feedback after order processing
Create and maintain resubmissions
Manage customer data and sales activities in CRM systems
Qualification
Passion for sales
Communication skills and enjoyment in understanding customer needs and presenting suitable solutions
Analytical skills and a strategic mindset to provide customers with sustainable support
Team player and enjoy working successfully with others
Interested in technical products and software solutions - a plus, but not a must
