• Supporting our customers, tenants and subcontractors as the first local contact
• Coordinating the work of contracted external companies in close coordination with the administration
• Carrying out minor repairs and rectifying defects
• Supporting our technicians with larger measures
• Maintenance and control of outdoor facilities
• Control of technical facilities and snow and ice removal in winter

Your profile:

• Vocational training in a trade is desirable
• Excellent manual dexterity
• Always required: Class B driving license
• Organizational talent with a confident manner
• Professional, service-oriented action
• Structured way of working in close coordination with the administration
