Plumbing, heating and air conditioning plant mechanic (m/f/d)

As a plant mechanic for plumbing, heating and air conditioning (m/f/d), avanti is your chance to become part of one of the industry leaders in facility management. Your tasks

• Supervision of the technical building systems in the areas of heating, air conditioning, ventilation, sanitation
• Carrying out maintenance and repairs
• Remedy of faults in technical systems
• Filling out maintenance and inspection logs
• Coordination of external companies for maintenance and repair work

Requirements

You have completed vocational training as a plant mechanic for plumbing, heating and air conditioning (SHK) (m/f/d), gas and water fitter (m/f/d), central heating and ventilation fitter (m/f/d), plumber / fitter (m/f/d), heating fitter / heating fitter (m/f/d) or similar qualification. Ideally you have experience in building services engineering, but we also welcome career changers. A class B / 3 driving license would be desirable but not essential.
