Job Description

Location: Bremen area

In this position you will be responsible for advising our customers from the pharmacy sector on all aspects of our proprietary software. After intensive training, you will take over customer appointments, carry out technical preparation, initial instruction and follow-up training. You act as a competent advisor (m/f/d) and manage to accompany customers emotionally and personally on their way to the new system. In addition, you will support and represent your colleagues in telephone customer service.

• Completed training as a pharmaceutical-technical assistant (PTA) or as a pharmaceutical-commercial employee (PKA)
• Ideally initial knowledge of IXOS
• Careful, structured and systematic way of working
• A team player and enjoy working with customers
• Flexibility and willingness to work in the field
• Driver's license class 3/B
