Lead Our Operational Team in Business Catering!

We are seeking an experienced and professional leader to head our operational team in business catering. As a senior leadership position, this role requires a strong background in gastronomy and hospitality.

Your Profile

• Professional training in gastronomy/hospitality (e.g., chef, hotel manager, restaurant manager)
• Additional qualifications such as kitchen master, hotel business administrator, or commercial business administrator are desirable
• Several years of experience in operational management of gastronomic units, preferably in business catering
• Experience in pre-opening management is an advantage
• Strong organizational skills, solution-oriented mindset, and a pragmatic approach
• Excellent quality, service, and customer orientation (host mentality) with a passion for culinary arts
• Ability to drive innovation and development of the business restaurants together with operational leaders
• Active promotion of current topics such as sustainability and digitalization
• Strong leadership and team player skills with a focus on employee development
