Area Sales Manager (m/f/d) for sustainable oleochemical intermediates in home office! {Account Manager}

What our customer is looking for

• Implementation of sales and marketing objectives in the assigned territory
• Ensure product availability by working closely with production
• Leading a team to achieve strategic goals
• Selling high quality oleochemical intermediates for food supplements, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals and industrial additives
• Collaboration in the Total Quality Management Circle
• Supporting customers and segments, both technically and commercially
• Monitoring sales activities and incoming payments

Your profile

• Completed degree in engineering or natural sciences or a degree in business administration/economics
• At least 5 years of professional experience in sales of chemical products, ideally oleochemical intermediates such as fatty acids and fatty acid derivatives, glycerols and glycerol derivatives, methyl esters, emulsifiers and surfactants, biolubricants and bio-based lubricants
• Experience in marketing, sales and personnel management
• Good knowledge of German and English, ideally other foreign languages
• In-depth knowledge of IT and commercial contexts
• Willingness to travel 2-3 days per week
