The position is to be filled as part of a recruitment agency. No temporary work.

Your tasks

• General secretarial tasks such as telephone switchboard, mail, hospitality, procurement of office supplies and work clothing
• Reception of guests, preparation and follow-up of meetings and conference calls, preparation of presentations
• Coordinating appointments, correspondence with the construction site
• Taking responsibility for special tasks or internal projects
• Organization of conferences, training courses and company events
• Electronic communication for the branch management (monitoring, forwarding, composing and sending emails)
• Management of the branch manager's diary and monitoring of incoming mail
• Efficient office and filing management with careful documentation
• Contact person for social media (writing posts, researching topics and planning posts and campaigns)

Your profile

• Completed vocational training, e.g. as an office administrator (m/f/d), office management assistant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or similar qualification
• Preferably with a Bachelor's degree (m/f/d) in business administration, technical facility management or similar
• Good knowledge of the MS Office package
• A precise and structured way of working
