Your tasks
- Providing specialist training and imparting knowledge and practical skills
- Supporting and promoting the professional, social and personal development of our trainees
- Organizing and coordinating training programs in several professions
- Recruiting young talent and helping to create an attractive and modern training environment
- Supporting and expanding cooperation with schools, trade fair appearances and applicant management
- Further development and optimization of our training content
Your profile
- A passion for working with young people and the ability to impart knowledge in a clear and practical way
- Talent for motivating, encouraging and organizing young people
- Completed technical training, ideally with a master craftsman's degree in metal
- Aptitude as an instructor according to AEVO (AdA certificate)
- High social skills, strong communication skills and persuasiveness
- Willingness to work hard, initiative and enjoy working in a team
