Autohaus Accountant (m/f/d) PK 2300 in Frankfurt am Main

Your tasks:

• Accounting of incoming and outgoing invoices
• Reviewing and posting cash receipts and bank statements
• Processing payment transactions (bank transfers, direct debits)
• Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with commercial and tax regulations
• Processing travel expense reports
• Management of debtor and creditor accounts
• Dunning and receivables management
• Support in the preparation of budgets and forecasts
• Communication with customers, suppliers and external partners on accounting matters
• Collaboration in the optimization of accounting processes and systems
• Entering and maintaining master data in accounting software

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training, ideally with a focus on accounting or a comparable qualification
• In-depth knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting, ideally with experience in the automotive sector
• Confident handling of common accounting software programs (e.g. DATEV, SAP)
• Good understanding of commercial and tax regulations
• Structured and meticulous way of working and high affinity for numbers
• Team player and strong communication skills
• Resilience and the ability to work precisely even under time pressure
• Flexibility and a willingness to familiarize yourself with new areas of responsibility
• Work independently and show initiative
• Reliability and discretion in handling sensitive data
