With us you will work independently in sales, negotiation and customer relationship management for our reverse recruiting platform ZNAPP.de.

Your tasks

You support Team Sales with your skills:

• You contact potential customers by phone to introduce them to ZNAPP's services
• You make initial contacts and qualify sales opportunities
• You maintain contact with customers in the database and update information in the CRM
  
  

Your profile

• At least 2 years of experience in cold calling in B2B sales or call centers
• Excellent communication skills and persuasiveness
• Resilience and ability to deal with rejection
• Self-reliant way of working and high self-motivation
• Basic knowledge of CRMs and MS Office packages
• Experience in HR is desirable, but not mandatory
• Team player with a positive attitude
