Tasks

• Book bank statements and prepare payment runs
• Supervision of the dunning process
• Involvement in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• Contact person for internal and external inquiries in the area of financial accounting
• Involvement in corporate planning
• Recording current business transactions for accounting purposes
• Posting accounts receivable, accounts payable and G/L accounts

Profile

• Good analytical skills with a high affinity for numbers, structured thinking and a pragmatic approach
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• Experience in dealing with DATEV desirable
• Good team and communication skills
• Careful and reliable working style
• Successfully completed commercial training or training as a tax clerk
• Professional experience in accounting
