Accountant (m/f/d) {Buchhalter/in}

We are looking for an Accountant (m/f/d)!

Your tasks:

• Supervise commercial property management and handle the booking of current business transactions (accounts receivable, accounts payable)
Prepare property management and operating cost statements
• Process payment transactions and handle payment runs
• Work closely with other departments and oversee the dunning process

Your profile:

• Successfully completed commercial vocational training
• Ideally, you have proven professional experience in property accounting and knowledge of the preparation of property and operating cost statements
• You have a strong understanding of numbers and work in a structured manner
• You are a team player, committed and have a strong willingness to learn
• strong communication skills, problem-solving skills and empathy round off your profile
