Accountant [m/f/d] with DATEV experience

Wanted: Part-time accountant (m/f/d) with DATEV experience (40-80%)

We are a diverse company, active in the areas of retail and online trade, gastronomy and hotel industry, gardening and horticulture, courses, events, YouTube channel and social media and are looking for an experienced accountant for our extensive accounting department for permanent employment at the turn of the year 2024/25.

Your tasks:

• Processing of all transactions in financial accounting
• Accounts payable, accounts receivable and asset accounting (incl. dunning and payment transactions)
• Preliminary sales tax return and cash accounting
• Collaboration with our tax consultant
• Maintenance of the CRM system and master data

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training (and possibly further training as an accountant or tax specialist) or comparable knowledge in accounting
• Relevant professional experience in medium-sized companies
• Very good knowledge of DATEV and ideally experience in payroll accounting
• Self-directed, clear and structured way of working
• Team skills and strong communication skills
• Very good written and spoken German
