Tasks

• Manage financial accounting with accounts receivable, accounts payable and G/L accounts
• Collaboration in the preparation of the balance sheet and preparation of the annual financial statement documents for the tax consultant/auditor
• Interface between accounting and property management
• Supporting the property managers in the settlement of operating costs for our tenants
• Execution of the dunning process and receivables monitoring
• Preparation of advance sales tax returns
• Monitoring payment transactions and carrying out the dunning and collection process, including the verification of balance confirmations
• Management of bank accounts and responsibility for online banking
• Maintaining and updating data in our CRM system

Profile

• Team player who enjoys working in a dynamic environment
• Sure handling of MS Office and good knowledge of accounting systems (e.g. Domus)
• Ideally experience in rent and service charge accounting
• Completed accounting training (ideally accountant) and several years of professional experience
• Experience with CRM systems
• Strong commercial understanding
