Office assistance, organization, practice management, accounting {office assistant}

The Tulechov Dermaordinology team is looking for Büroassistance in part-time, as a mini-job or internship, with flexible working hours. The number of hours can be determined by agreement.

• General office organization
• Preparation of correspondence (e.g. emails, answering customer inquiries)
• Database maintenance
• Support with bookkeeping

You will find a varied and interesting range of tasks in a pleasant working atmosphere. The use of home office is also possible.

The following skills are required:

• Very good PowerPoint and Word skills
• English language skills
• Writing/correspondence
• Mailing/inserting work
• Internet research

You are characterized by an open and friendly manner and organizational skills

The place of work is located in 80803 Munich, Germany. The position is permanent.
