Experiences:

• Completed commercial training, e.g. as an office administrator or comparable
• Confident handling of common MS Office applications
• Very good language skills in German and English
• Sympathetic, confident and professional towards customers, suppliers and employees
• Ability to set priorities
• Independent, coordinated and forward-looking way of working
• Ability to work in a team and willingness to cooperate
• High degree of goal orientation, reliability and commitment

Your tasks:

• Management of organizational and administrative activities in the back office
• Responsibility for document management
• Data maintenance in the operational business
• Supervision of telephone switchboard, mail and e-mail traffic
• Involvement in logistics and sales tasks
