Your future area of responsibility

• Keep files: Ensure meticulous order and conscientious maintenance of the document management system
.
• Communication interface: Act as the hub for incoming calls and correspondence.
• Data processing: Transfer information accurately to digital systems and update databases precisely.
• Appointment management: Coordinate appointments and premises to ensure a seamless office workflow.
Materials management: Monitor the stock of office materials and initiate reorders in good time.Create quotations, invoices and order confirmations.

Your profile

You have initial experience in the commercial and/or service sector. You are a career starter or career changer looking for a new challenge. Ideally, you also have:

• Written and spoken German
• strong communication and organizational skills as well as helpfulness and empathy
• You are focused, structured and meticulous when dealing with complex tasks
• Commitment and quality awareness

Onboarding & flight level

After onboarding, you will receive inquiries from customers by email and telephone.
You will be able to answer many questions quickly with the help of the team. You can pass on more complex topics to more experienced colleagues or discuss them internally directly with a coach.

With each week, you will become more familiar with the system and solve customer queries independently. At the end of each day, you ask yourself: Are you off work yet?
