Your tasks:

• Goods receipt and inspection: Responsibility for the proper receipt and inspection of deliveries
• General office activities: Support with administrative tasks and organization of everyday office life
• Management of orders and deliveries: Coordination of incoming and outgoing goods
• Documentation and filing: maintaining order and delivery documents for efficient traceability
• Communication with suppliers: Maintaining contact and coordination as required

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training in the office sector: e.g. as an office administrator (m/f/d) or office management assistant (m/f/d)
• First experience: Initial experience in a company that manufactures mills or systems would be an advantage
• Reliable and accurate way of working: High level of precision and sense of responsibility in the execution of tasks
• Team spirit and strong communication skills: Open and solution-oriented cooperation in everyday office life
