Job description

• We are looking for an Estimator in the field of building services (m/f/d) with specialization in insulation and fire protection as soon as possible.
• The position is preferably full-time.

Your tasks will be:

• Preparation of quotation, order and supplementary calculations for building services, specializing in the areas of fire protection/insulation
• Cost estimates/mass calculations and tender preparation for complex tender procedures (functional tenders/lump sums)
• Collaboration in the acquisition of construction contracts, recognition of opportunities and risks in the processing of offers from a commercial, contractual and technical perspective
• Merging the technical, contractual, commercial and calculative findings of the offer processing
• Accompaniment of larger construction projects to support project management in the preparation and preparation of supplementary offers in the course of construction work
• Cooperation across locations

Your profile and our expectations:

• You are a number cruncher and have a great affinity for numbers
• Professional experience in costing is advantageous
• Professional experience or completed training as a specialist/industrial insulator, technician or master craftsman
• Responsible and independent way of working
• Ability to work in a team
• Confident handling of MS Office and common calculation programs
• Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
• Good written and spoken German
