Call Center Agent for Duisburg (HOMEOFFICE possible)

We are looking for eloquent communication talents for our customer service in Duisburg. Your area of responsibility includes supporting our customers by phone and chat (inbound). This is NOT a sales job. We offer the opportunity to work from home after a four-week induction period.

Tasks

• Independent acceptance of customer calls
• Providing needs-based advice
• Recording contracts in a database and booking orders in the client's systems
• Ensuring and increasing customer satisfaction

Requirements

• You are a career changer or already have some professional experience as a customer advisor
• Strong communication skills and confident written and spoken German
• High customer orientation and satisfaction
