Job Description

• Drive innovation and growth across our three business units as our new CTO
• Lead teams to achieve strategic goals with expertise in technical escalations, change management, and complex problem-solving
• Clearly convey technical and economic concepts internally and externally with excellent communication skills

Your Profile

• Experienced in handling technical escalations, change management, and complex problem-solving
• Skilled in contract negotiations on a technical and commercial level, both in German and English
• Familiarity with international markets, particularly in the USA and Europe
• Structured and self-motivated working style with high numerical and technical affinity
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical and economic concepts
• Team player with an innovative spirit, willing to drive innovation and collaborate with other leaders to achieve strategic goals
• High resilience and flexibility to thrive in a dynamic environment under time pressure
