Dispatcher International Traffic (m/f/d)

As a dispatcher, you are right in the middle of the action and actively contribute to the success of our company with the smooth planning and organization of international scheduled and charter transports. Are you ready to take on the challenge and become an important part of our dynamic team?

What you can expect:

• Planning and organizing international groupage and charter transports for partial and full truck loads (LTL/ FTL)
• Ensuring optimal utilization of the means of transport through freight purchasing and sales
• Conducting negotiations with transport companies and customers
• Calculating daily prices and taking responsibility for the results of your area of responsibility
• Proactive status control and assignment as well as adherence to delivery dates

What we expect:

• Training as a freight forwarding and logistics specialist or a comparable qualification
• Experience in international scheduling and telephone customer service
• Excellent team player mentality, service orientation and commitment
• Confident even in hectic situations
• Good command of English for communication with international business partners
