Dispatcher (m/f/d) for cab center

As a dispatcher (m/f/d) at the cab center, you are the first point of contact for our drivers & customers and thus contribute to the smooth running of our business.

Your tasks:

• Digital coordination and allocation of travel orders

• Disposition of our cab fleet (over 50 vehicles)

• Efficient scheduling of our drivers, taking into account legal requirements and customer wishes

• Communication with passengers and drivers

• Documentation and post-processing of journeys

• Collaboration in personnel and shift planning
  
  

What you bring with you:

• Experience in dispatching, ideally in the cab or logistics sector

• Organizational skills and a sense of responsibility

• Friendly demeanor and excellent communication skills

• Good written and spoken German

• Technical understanding of scheduling software and Office programs

• Willingness to work shifts and weekends

Working hours:

• Friday shift / late shift / night shift

• Monday to Friday

• Weekend work is possible

• 10–40 hours per week depending on agreement
