Your challenge
- Ensuring the flawless overall technical condition of the property's electrotechnical systems
- Remedy faults independently and optimize operating processes in the property
- Maintenance, inspections and repairs to the technical building systems, including troubleshooting
- Managing and organizing the necessary specialist companies and subcontractors
- On-call and emergency services

- Completed vocational training as an electronics technician (m/f/d), electronics technician for energy and building technology (m/f/d), electronics technician for industrial engineering (m/f/d), electrician (m/f/d), electronics technician for building and infrastructure systems (m/f/d), electronics technician for automation technology (m/f/d) or comparable training
- Multiple years of professional experience in the maintenance and repair of electrotechnical systems
- German language skills and a class B driving license are mandatory
