Tasks

• Greeting and looking after our visitors
• Visitor management incl. issuing badges
• Telephone service (answering calls, transferring calls, providing information)
• Administrative tasks and data maintenance
• Organizational activities and postal services (receipt, franking, dispatch and distribution)

Requirements

• Service-oriented attitude and representative, friendly demeanor
• Instructed according to § 34a GewO or expertise according to § 34a
• Professional experience in the reception area would be great (but not a must)
• Good written and spoken German and fit on the computer
• Careful and structured way of working
