Your tasks with us

• Reception and support of (international) visitors and guests including forwarding to the responsible contact person
• Responsibility for the switchboard
• Post processing and distribution
• Organizational and administrative activities
• Administrative tasks

You will support our team in the Frankfurt am Main area

This is how you inspire us

• Ideally trained, e.g. in the hotel, catering or service sector
• Groomed appearance
• Professional experience, ideally in the hotel industry (reception), as an assistant or in office management
• Very good German and good English skills
• Routine in dealing with MS Office
• Strong service orientation
