We are looking for a committed and self-motivated Event Manager for weddings and conferences to strengthen our team. The position can be full-time or part-time (30 to 40 hours per week).
What we do:
Weddings and family celebrations for up to 80 people
Conferences, team trainings, offsites and corporate events
Overnight stays in eight (soon to be 15) 5-star studios
Wellness in the outdoor paradise with two saunas, natural swimming pond and hot tub
Summer parties and Christmas market
Operation of a cafés (with its own pastry chef)
Cultural events and a variety of workshops
What you should bring with you:
Responsibility for the entire event process, from acquisition and customer meetings to proposal preparation, event planning and implementation support
Excellent communication skills, openness and empathy
Structured way of working for the detailed creation of event plans, function sheets and offers
Positive, entrepreneurial thinking and an alert eye for the environment
Team orientation and respect
Willingness to also work at weekends
Fluency in German - also in writing
Due to the transport connections, you should be in possession of a car and driving license
