IT systems administrator (m/f/d) for first and second level support

Looking for a reliable and independent IT systems administrator (m/f/d) for permanent employment/direct placement!

Tasks

• First and second level support for our POS software/hardware
• Competent personal support and advice for our customers
• User support in the selection of suitable software/hardware
• Installation & configuration of the POS systems (PC, monitor, printer, mobile devices)
• Prioritized rectification of fault reports received during daily operations
• Creating and maintaining system documentation
• Conducting customer training courses
• Product installations and on-site training
• Support with sales activities

Qualification

• Degree in IT systems management (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
• In-depth IT knowledge
• Service and consulting orientation
• Confident appearance, very good communication skills and verbal and written expression
• Independent, reliable and responsible way of working
