We are looking for a dedicated fleet manager (m/f/d) for our location in Mönchengladbach!

• Management of our vehicle fleet at our Duisburg and Mönchengladbach sites
• Supervision of our drivers (34) in the daily course of work including vacation planning and deployment planning
• Coordination of the technical maintenance of the vehicle fleet, assessment of investment applications and close coordination with the management
• Contact person for the controlling department of your division, timely and precise preparation of data for the management and control of the monthly financial result
• Invoice processing in the company's own accounting system as well as general activities such as checking expense reports, preparing business trip reports or preparing documents in the event of a claim

Your requirements

• Completion of vocational training as a forwarding and logistics services clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• Fleet experience with own employees, ability to lead a team
• Knowledge of the automotive sector as well as ADR and air freight security (ideally)
• High degree of solution orientation and an independent way of working
• Organizational talent, keeping a cool head even in hectic situations
