With over 120 employees, we are a strong partner for our clients in urban renewal, urban planning, project development, project management, real estate valuation and climate projects. Together with local authorities, companies, property owners and investors, we plan and implement sustainable and future-proof urban and community development projects.

Your tasks

You will develop the company together with the second Managing Director and share tasks based on a business allocation plan. Your tasks will be in both the operational and administrative areas of the business.

You are jointly responsible for the strategic and economic management of the company.

Your profile

After completing a goal-oriented degree (urban planning/architecture, geodesy/civil engineering/geography or similar), you have gained a wide range of experience in the field of urban and community development. You are successful and experienced in the sale of urban development services and have already successfully managed tasks in this context for several years.

Developing and communicating innovative and sustainable urban development topics and products is your guiding principle. You have relevant, practical knowledge of urban planning law.

You have an authentic manner, think and act entrepreneurially, are team-oriented and are characterized by an ambitious and results-oriented way of working. You have an eye for what is economically feasible, coupled with strong communication and negotiation skills. You are assertive and have a good network.

You will receive a managing director contract for an initial period of 5 years with remuneration commensurate with the role, plenty of creative freedom and a corporate culture characterized by fairness and cooperation.
