Your tasks

• Development of the company together with the second managing director
• Division of tasks on the basis of a business distribution plan
• Responsibility in both the operational and administrative business areas
• Strategic and economic management of the company

Your qualifications

• Completed studies in urban planning/architecture, geodesy/civil engineering/geography or similar
• Various experience in the field of urban and community development
• Successful and experienced manager in the sale of urban development services
• Knowledge of urban planning law
• Authentic appearance, entrepreneurial thinking and acting, team-oriented
• Ambitious and results-oriented way of working
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, assertive and well-connected
