Position : Caretaker and chauffeur (m/f/d)

Your tasks
- Janitorial duties (approx. 70%): Housekeeping, garbage service, summer and winter service, minor repairs, bicycle care and light maintenance work, care of the outdoor facilities (supported by a gardener), pool maintenance, security systems monitoring.
- Chauffeur services (approx. 30%) : Driving service for employers, care and maintenance of the vehicle fleet, organization of inspections and repairs.
A reliable, committed person who is looking for a long-term collaboration is ideal for this position.
Prerequisites
- At least 3 years of professional experience or training as a janitor, building technician, chauffeur (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification

- Driver's license required

- Driving safety training an advantage, but not a must. Employer-financed further training in driving safety is possible.
