Janitor and chauffeur (m/f/d) full-time for a 1-person household with 2 dogs in 50999 Köln wanted with immediate effect or by arrangement if you can only start later. Your working days and times will be arranged individually. Flexibility is also required when traveling. Your duties will include approx. 70% janitor duties and approx. 30% chauffeur services. Your tasks will include looking after the house, garbage service, summer and winter service, minor household repairs, care and light maintenance work on bicycles, care of the outdoor facilities, care of the pool, care of the security system and similar. A gardener is also employed to assist with housekeeping. The chauffeur services also include maintaining the vehicle fleet, coordinating inspections and repairs and similar tasks. They are looking for a reliable person who is also looking for a long-term and trusting cooperation.

Prerequisites

• At least 3 years of professional experience or training as a janitor, building technician, chauffeur (m/f/d) or training in a comparable profession
• Car driver's license required
• Optimal would be a passenger transport license and driving safety training, but not a must, further training in driving safety is offered by the employer on an ongoing basis
• Travel companion required
• Non-smoker
